Abstract
This study aims to report on multiprofessional health education actions within academic training in the context of Primary Health Care. This is an experience report with a descriptive and qualitative approach, carried out in the context of health education in Primary Health Care during the years 2024 and 2025, built from multiple professional experiences in health. Based on the experiences reported by the authors in the Nursing, Dentistry, and Medicine departments, the integration between knowledge and the expansion of care beyond the uniprofessional approaches of each department was compiled. The analyzed experience shows that the role of the multiprofessional team in Primary Health Care consolidates health education as a structuring practice of care, overcoming fragmented approaches centered on isolated professional departments. The actions developed in groups for pregnant women, in the Hypertension and Diabetes Program (Hiperdia), in home visits, in the School Health Program, and in various other health education practices demonstrate that the articulation between Nursing, Dentistry, and Medicine broadens the understanding of the health-disease process.
